Anandita Bora of Dibrugarh Salt Brook Academy tops the Higher Secondary
examination in science while the same position in arts and commerce streams
have gone respectively to Mukul Haloi from Nalbari and Nikita Jabak in the
results announced here on Wednesday.

The percentage of successful candidates, highest in the last ten years, in
science is 8073,,in arts is65.33 while 69.96candidates have come out
successful in the commerce streams.

Out of 15,093 candidates in science, 4629 ranked in first division and 6368
in second division.

In arts stream the number of candidates appeared is1,37,270and the number of
first division candidates is 5,882. Altogether 21,397candidates have been
placed in second division.

Out of 10,429 candidates appeared in commerce stream with 1,142 in first
division 3774 in second division.
