You are correct JS. On the one hand the Center is either unwilling or
incapable to stem the flow of illegal B'deshis or both, and on the
other, India is full of illegal B'deshi sympathizers. These people are
interested either in short-term personal/political profits or are in
cahoots with B'Desh (or Pakistan) with sinister designs to cause as
much havoc and mayhem within India. Their intention is probably to
destabilize the country.
