[Assam] What had happened to NE students for HAL/Bosch posts????

Its long long ago when FASS and the global Axomiya was scheduling good establishment of our NE people in Navaratna like HAL/ISRO/NAL or private Bosch positions in ITI diploma/MBA/Engg degree level, I did submitted a report.
  Ironically I was expecting a large NE people for the June batch of HAL traine entry.So far no news... neither some felt the need to contact me..
  Any idea please? I am the man of practical.I alone cant efford to inform all the ITI/Colleges. I did tried.The so called journalists of NE merely took this as needy one to bring our people up.
