[Assam] What had happened to NE students for HAL/Bosch posts????

Dear Mr.Phukan Dangoriya,
  Thanks lot.There was lot many talks on my issue, but later nothing could come as true.I am sending all informations as attachment to you in another mail.
  Today I wa in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd Management Academy and found till none from NE applied nor thought of applying to Govt job!!!!
  But-
  My horrifying experiences are like this now-
  A MBBS doc, young man from GHY asked for a PG set in Karnataka for past 15 days.The entrance test held generally in the month of Dec and classess starts from Feb every year.he was sleepig.Now got up and sent urgent requisition through my cousin brother at GHY.I was told that the moment seat is available he will fly........ today I got a seat and while informing him- he simply ignored that he need it...!!! I was running for past 15 days for the left over seat all over places at Bangalore.Generally without entrance no admission takes place.The donation amount go high as much 60 lakhs.For this man ,I arranged for half. But now see him making all fool..!!! Might be he is heavily looting patients in GHY too.
  ## Some people keep calling me from Assam that they need various medical treatments and request me to find and talk to the doctor, After all over, they will travel to Delhi or elsewhere....... Its routine for me now-
  ## One fine night I got call from one axomiya boy that some otehr axomiya students met with accident with their bikes and got head injury and the nearest hospital asked them to shift to a good hospital with neuro surgeon.he was in coma.It was mid night 1130.I immediately called up my friend Neuro Surgeopn who was coming back from Mysore.On way he informed Sagar Apollo Hospital ICU to arrange with ventilator etc and the OT for immediate surgery.At around 2 am I got cal from the neuro surgeon that none came and he is waiting in the hospital with family....I called up that boy who asked me for urgent help.I was simply told that they had gone to some otehr hospital.
  THIS IS ASSAMESE people to make fool... such habits will not get changed.

What did you expect, we talk but we dont' do , its Axomiya . In practical no
one is ready to think and do for Axomiya State since no one thinks that this
is my state and my State is my Identity except for a very few. Now comming
to the point Tell me what can I do regarding this initiative since I live in
Assam it will be easier for me, if at all you feel I will be of any work.
