[Assam] flood plans/maps : 100 viilages destroyed in Assam

Dear Umesh, I might be 1 km above sea level in Bangalore.But after one months of rain or monsoon, my more than half century old home land will get submerged till the floor level.For past 4 yrs we are facing this flood.People contstructed houses by closing all drainages, so now we face it.Sorrowfully the animals like peacock etc have more bad moments to live with.
  But we enjoy- its life in Assam- never to cry for relief.Although all cry for freedom since 1947..!!!
