Now I am totally confused if BOROOAH and POSOOWA has the same kar.

As far as I know, there is no "WO" kaar in Assamese, there is an "OO-kaar" in it, like the one with the Dwitiyo-So in Posoowa.

I thought I mentioned in the very beginning that I agreed the way that is spelt already on the Web site. Some may pronounce it as Posua as Jugal also mentioned, but to differentiate the "U-Kaar" and "OO-KaarA" it's written as "Posoowa". 

My keyboard is worn out as I've been writing the same thing again and again for the last 3 days. There is nothing new that I can suggest on the topic.
