Dear All in India,

How are you, I have an idea that I wish to propose to you concerning the
north east of India. Is anyone around the region of Bhimpur?

In that case would you be interested in covering the battle, which has been
compared to the 1967 uprising.

Images of the troops, villagers and Maoists would be ideal, or even the
neighbouring villagers reactions to the upsurge, reflecting their emotions
and thoughts on the fact that this may spill over into their provinces.
