[Assam] Broadband in Guwahati

And ?   Many things are not affordable   in US too.     I cannot afford to buy a Rolles Royece.   Does that make things any bad  and do you constantly harp on that trying to imply nothing is affordable  or nothing is good here ?

Flying Delhi from Guwahati is much more affordable then what it was 10 years back.  And the proof is air congestion in India which implies a lot more people are flying today.

As I have said earlier,  any new technology is high priced ... the price comes down after some time.

If your intent was  to focus only on Photon,  I wonder why you moved on to  housing, education etc.    That simply shows that Photon's unaffordabilty was  just an excuse which you wanted to use  to negate all of India's advances  ... As always

*****************************************************************************
------ it is reasonable to think that Photon will soon come down to
those levels.

*** That is different from how it is today. Rs. 2,500 to get an
internet connection, at 32 kBPs, is
not an affordable proposition in Assam, as it stands today.

*** In 2012 Indians might fly to the moon too.  But is flying to Delhi
from Guahati
affordable to the ordinary man today?

That is the diff.
