That's a total misunderstanding C'da, rather, my mistake that I did not complete the sentence. I meant the nature of the Assamese people or the attitude towards the people in Dilli.
That's why I wrote:

I forgot to add this - easy go nature of the Assamese people. Do you think I would never tell you things like that! Only when push comes to shove I tell people things like that. :-). God forgive me.
