Eligibility Criteria for Assam Police SafaiWala Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
- Safai Karmachari: Class VI passed or HSSLC or Class XII passed
- Tailor: HSLC passed and Diploma in Trade
- Dresser: HSLC passed and experience in Dresser (Medical)
Age Limit:
- 18 to 40 years (as on 1st January 2023)
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST (P) and ST(H); 3 years for OBC/ MOBC
Others Qualification
- Nationality: Indian Citizen and permanent resident of Assam
- Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in Assamese or any other State language
Pay Scale for Assam Police Grade IV Recruitment
For Tailor & Dresser under DGCD & CGHG, Assam in the pay scale of Rs. 14,000- 60,500 (Pay Band- II) and Grade pay Rs. 5000/- plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
For Safai Karmachari the pay scale of Rs. 12000-52000 (Pay Band- I) and Grade pay Rs. 3900/- plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
